NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 has been CANCELLED and RESCHEDULED for Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing scheduled to be heard by the City Council on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. has not changed. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on ZTA 2020-020024, a zoning text amendment request by Mark Garza to modify the development standards for Light Manufacturing and Limited Distribution buildings and uses as outlined in Section 11-13-34 of the Clearfield Land Use Code. Planner: Brad McIlrath (Legislative Matter). All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered. A copy of the application is available for review in the Customer Service Center on the 1st floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
