La Verkin City Council Meeting Agenda Wednesday, March 18, 2020 6:00 p.m. Council Chambers, 111 S. Main, La Verkin, Utah A. Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Minutes: February 19, 2020, work meeting and regular meeting and March 4, 2020 work meeting 4. Review Checks and Invoices: $165,902.75 C. Committee Reports: Fire District, Sewer District, Planning Commission, Water Board D. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than 3 minutes. E. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to accept and authorize the recording of the Deeds of Dedication from property owners along 100 South and authorize and approve the construction and installation of the improvements to adjoining properties, to provide for the desired road and utility improvements contemplated as a part of the City's 100 South Improvement Project. 2. Discussion and possible action on a grant application for the new Power Plant Park and the City's contribution hereto. 3. Discussion and direction regarding the FY 2020-2021 Budget. F.
