Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARING : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 25Th Day of March, 2020 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider an accessory dwelling unit ordinance.. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Published by order of the West Haven City Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing special accommodations including auxiliary communicative aids and serviced during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-731-4519 at least 48 hours in advance.
