Description/Agenda: Public Notice Notice is hereby given of consecutive Public Hearings scheduled by the Gunnison City Planning Commission on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will be held at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. The purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive public comment on: 1. 6:00 pm Proposed zone change at approximately 433 South Main Street, Lot #S2644. The proposed zone change is from R&C-1 (Residential and Commercial) to CC-1 (Commercial Zoning), and 2. 6:15 pm Proposed zone change at approximately 50 East Hwy 89, Lot #S2506X. The proposed zone change is from R&C-1 (Residential and Commercial to CC-1 (Commercial Zoning), and 3. 6:30 pm Proposed Minor Subdivision at approximately 350 West 100 South, Lot #S2310, Jeff Applegate, and 4. 6:45 pm. Proposed Minor Subdivision at approximately 398 South 200 East, Lot #S2201, Hunter Whitney In compliance with ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact the City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
