- Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday March 11 2020 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1Review and Approval of minutes from February 12, 2020 Town Council Meeting. 2 Review and Approval of February 13 - March 11 , 2020 Bills/Payroll. 3 Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4 Discuss and vote on Violation letter Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
