- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Rezone Request of Trent Barney for a rezone of approximately 1.25 acres located at 2105 West 1900 South from Professional Office (PO) to R-2 (Single-Family Residential at 3 units per acre). General Plan Map Amendment Request of Trent Barney for a General Plan Map amendment of approximately 1.25 acres located at 2105 West 1900 South from Commercial to Low-Density Residential. City Code Amendment Request of Ernie Felix to amend Syracuse City Code section 10.30.020 Regulations for buildings and structures relating to detached accessory dwelling regulations. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
