- Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, March 26, 2020 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Sherry Barker, located at 3224 W 2200 N. The Petitioner has proposed that the 2.49-acre parcel be rezoned from an A-1 (Agricultural) zone to an RE-20 (Residential Estate) zone. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing(s) or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address.
