APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES Minutes of City Council Meeting - February 25, 2020 8.2. ORDINANCE - The City Council will review and adopt an Ordinance creating a City of Orem Neighborhood Commission The Community Services Manager recommends that the City Council adopt the ordinance creating a City of Orem Neighborhood Commission as part of the Neighborhood Partnership Initiative. 8.3. RESOLUTION - Support of a Pediatric Trauma Care Unit in Utah County City Council approve a Resolution in support of a Pediatric Trauma Care Unit in Utah County 8.4. RESOLUTION - City Compensation Policy and Philosophy City Council review and approve a Resolution for the City Compensation Policy and Philosophy 9. SCHEDULED ITEMS 9.1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Conditional Use Permit approval of a UVU/AT&T wireless telecommunications facility located at 1261 West 800 South in the M2 zone. The Planning Commission recommends the City Council, by resolution, approve the conditional use permit of a UVU/AT&T wireless telecommunications facility located at 1261 West 800 South in the M2 zone. 10. COMMUNICATION ITEMS 11. CITY MANAGER INFORMATION ITEMS This is an opportunity for the City Manager to provide information to the City Council. These items are for information and do not require action by the City Council. 12. ADJOURN
