WEST JORDAN PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, 8000 S. Redwood Road, Third Floor, West Jordan, UT. The Planning Commission will consider input from all interested parties, prior to making a recommendation to the City Council, regarding the following proposed item: Wood Ranch; 7400 South at U-111; Annexation and Master Development Plan for approximately 172.4 acres of unincorporated property assigning a PCFB (Planned Community Form Based) Zone and corresponding land use designation for parcels 20-22-300-002, 20-22-300-008, 20-21-400-004; Daybreak Communities/Rich Sonntag (applicant) [Ray McCandless/Nate Nelson #19196]
