- LEGAL NOTICE DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY The Logan Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at the Logan Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, not before 5:30 p.m. to allow public comment on the proposed trade of real property owned by the City of Logan located at approximately 200 North 2300 West in Cache County, Utah (commonly known as the Cache Humane Society Dog Park) consisting of approximately 2.5 acres of parcel #05-059-0002, in exchange for property owned by the Cache Humane Society located at approximately 2370 West 200 North in Cache County, Utah consisting of approximately .61 acres of parcel # 05-057-0008 which fronts along 200 North.
