- 1) Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday March 11, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m.. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a resolution of Wellsville City Corporation supporting the establishment of the Bear River National Heritage Area.
