Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 6:30 pm at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing is to review and take public comment on a proposed Right-of-Way/Easement on City owned property and the possible sale of said property to adjacent property owners. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Eureka City Office at 435-433-6915 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
