Wednesday, March 4, 2020 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:00 p.m. and Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on March 4, 2020. Minutes A. February 5, 2020 3. Preliminary Plat A. The Ridge Amended. The proposal is to amend The Ridge Preliminary Plat, originally approved in 2014, located at approximately 2700 East Canyon Road. B. RRBC Commercial Subdivision. The proposal is for a commercial subdivision of 4 lots located at 795 East 800 North. 4. General Plan Amendment and Zone Change (Public Hearing) A. Quiet Valley. The proposal involves amending the City's Land Use Map of the General Plan and Zoning Map for properties located at approximately 3400 East 1500 South. 5. Other Business 6. Adjourn
