Proposed remedy of road and access at 50 S 100 E A. 6:00 pm Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Presentation: 1. La Verkin City Royalty C. Appointments: 1. Appointments to Boards, Commissions and Committees D. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Review Checks and Invoices: $ 202,253.56 E. Committee Reports: Fire District, Sewer District, Planning Commission, Water Board F. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than 3 minutes. G. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve the terms of a proposed street improvement project at/around 50 S 100 E. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. R-2020-07; a resolution authorizing and approving an interlocal agreement with Washington County regarding the construction of additional restroom facilities at or adjacent to the Confluence Park. 3. Discussion on the 210 South park. 4. Discussion and possible action to set the criteria for a high school scholarship. H.
