- NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2020. Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding proposed School-Based Personnel Immunization Requirements Regulation. The proposed regulation addresses the protection of school-based personnel from risk of occupational exposure to vaccine-preventable diseases and the processes to prevent an outbreak and spread of communicable diseases within school settings (public, private, charter, parochial, kindergarten, elementary and secondary education facilities). Copies of the regulation are available for review at the Administration Offices of the Health Department located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, or the Department website (http://www.daviscountyutah.gov/docs/librariesprovider5/administration-documents/proposed-regulations/draft-school-immunization-regulation.pdf?sfvrsn=d0d43453_4). Interested persons can contact Ms. Wendy Garcia, Director of the Family Health & Disease Control Division for the Davis County Health Department, at 801-525-5202 or mailto:wendyb@co.davis.ut.us. Written comments concerning the regulation will be considered as part of the hearing record if received at the Division office before 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 10.
