SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AGENDA Thursday, March 12, 2020 5:00 p.m. City & County Building 451 S State Street, Room 326 Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 A public hearing will be held on the following matter. Comments from the Appellant, City Staff and the public will be taken. 1. Appeal of Administrative Decision for Building Coverage at approximately 1978 S Windsor Street - Joseph Wolf, represented by Brent Bateman, is appealing an administrative decision regarding how building coverage is measured. The administrative decision is associated with a proposed accessory building with a second level Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at approximately 1978 S. Windsor Street. The subject property is located in the R-1/7,000 (Single Family Residential) zoning district within council district 7, represented by Amy Fowler. Appeal of Historic Landmark Commission Decision - Masonic Temple Apartments (Regius Flats) at approximately 33 S 600 E - Philip G. McCarthey, represented by Gary Sackett, is appealing a decision by the Historic Landmark Commission to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness for new construction for the Masonic Temple Apartments (Regius Flats) located at approximately 33 S. 600 East. The subject property is zoned RO Residential Office and is located in the South Temple & Central City Historic Districts. The subject property is located in Council District 4 represented by Ana Valdemoros.
