RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2020 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): Scott Hales is seeking a conditional use for a home-based business, A and S Machines, to be located on his property at 5371 West Rosewater Drive. John Linton with Holiday Oil is requesting a rezone of property located at 4185 West 12600 South. The property is currently zoned PCC (Planned Commercial Center), the requested zone is C-R (Regional Commercial). Ryan Forsyth is seeking approval of a commercial site plan for 1.09 acres located at 2053 West 12600 South. Riverton City is proposing specific changes to Title 18, Land Use and Development as it relates to Zoning Districts, sidewalk standards in commercial zones and commercial parking stalls.
