Public hearing and consideration of EYP/AE Incorporated request for approval of the IHC Primary Childrens Hospital concept located at Holbrook Way and 2100 North. Public hearing and consideration of Yescos request for conditional use approval of an EMD pylon sign located at approximately 2302 North Ashton Blvd. Public hearing and recommendation of Mitch McCuistions request for preliminary subdivision review of Sunset Farms Phase 2, a 9-lot residential development located at 1900 South Bridle Path Loop. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi Citys request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapters 37 and Table 12-030-B, adding more flexibility for exceptions on corner lots in the General Non-Residential Design District, and eliminating a permitted use from the Table of Uses.
