- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 10, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: Amendments to Title 17 of the Municipal Code, creating and amending the Commercial Zoning Districts, including Commercial Community, Commercial Neighborhood, and Commercial Civic Town Center, as well as removing Chapter 17.45 Airpark Zone. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
