- Hearing on DSU Tuition Dixie State University is proposing an increase in full-time resident and nonresident undergraduate tuition for the 2020-2021 academic year. - Resident tuition increase of 3% to 5% ($70 - $117 per semester) - Nonresident tuition increase of 3% to 5% ($225 - $374 per semester)
