NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on March 10, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Keaton Morton representing X Development for a land use map amendment from Medium Density Residential to Neighborhood Commercial, and a zoning map amendment from RA2 (Residential 20,000 square foot minimum) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial), with a development agreement. This application is known as the Offices on 7th. The subject property contains 0.99 acre and is located at 681 E. Pioneer Rd. and 12388 S. 700 E.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on March 10, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
