- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SMALL SUBDIVISION WAIVER Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 11, 2020, at 7:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding proposed Small Subdivision Waiver/Lot Split for Zachary Maxfield on property located at approximately 410 East 1000 South.
