CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: TEXT AMENDMENT- The City of Taylorsville is proposing a text amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code Section 13.08.020, Permitted Land Use Matrix by the Commercial, Office, Industrial, Mixed Use, Transit Corridor, and Research and Development Districts; and Chapter 13.36, Definitions. File #7Z19. TEXT AMENDMENT- The City of Taylorsville is proposing a text amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Chapter 13.20, Code Section 13.07.010(B), Residential Development Standards; Code Section 13.20.060, Planned Unit Development (PUD) District; Code Section 13.24.080(B), Parking Space Requirements; Code Section 13.30.030(C), Application and Review Process; Code Section 13.30.110, Street Dedication; and Chapter 13.36 Definitions. File #1Z20 TEXT AMENDMENT- The City of Taylorsville is proposing a text amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code Section 13.19.010, Site Specific Development District Regulations. File #5Z20 TEXT AMENDMENT- The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is requesting a text amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code adopting Chapter 13.41 - Site Specific Development-IN-Temple Zoning District. File #3Z20. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT- The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is requesting a Zoning Map amendment from R-1-8 to SSD-IN-Temple for the property located at 2603 W. 4700 S. for approximately 7.65 acres. File # 4Z20. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT- The City of Taylorsville is considering a Conditional Use Permit for an Hours of Operation Extension for EOS Fitness at 5564 S Redwood Rd for 3.64 Acres. File #5C20. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
