NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold consecutive Public Hearings along with a meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. Invocation 2. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comments regarding a proposed zone change at approximately 650 South Main Street, Lots: S2670X and S2670X1. The proposed zone change is from R&C-1 (Residential and Commercial) to CC-1 (Commercial Zoning) 3. Proposed Approval to recommend proposed zone change at approximately 650 South Main Street, Lots: S2670X and S2670X1 from R&C-1 to CC-1 to the City Council for approval 4. 7:15 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed zone change at approximately 230 East 300 North, Lot #S2583X7 from R-2-10 (Single Family Residential) to R&C-1 (Residential and Commercial). The lot is currently made up of both zones, and would enable the entire lot to be R&C-1 5. Proposed Approval to recommend proposed zone change at approximately 230 East 300 North, Lot #S2583X7 from partial R-2-10 and partial R&C-1 to entirely R&C-1, to the City Council for approval 6. 7:30 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comments regarding the G-Hill Area Plan and to amend the General Plan to include the G-Hill Area Plan as an appendix 7. Proposed Approval to recommend addition of the G-Hill Area Plan as an appendix to the City General Plan to the City Council for approval 8. Review and Proposed Approval of P-2 Sign Application, Launey Ivers, Little Caesars Pizza, 111 No. Main 9. Discuss Variance Information from Land Use Hearing Officer, Bruce Parker 10. Update on Progress of Code Amendment for Airbnbs 11. Approve Minutes 12.
