Description/Agenda: Notice of Used Heavy Equipment Sale Tooele City Corporation is soliciting bids for the AS IS sale of a 1987 John Deere 544 E Front End Loader with 18430.6 engine hours. Includes forklift and plow blade attachments. Sealed bids will be accepted in the Tooele City Public Works Office at 90 North Main Street through 12:00 p.m. on Monday March 2, 2020. The Loader will be sold as is with no warranties whatsoever. Mechanical devices have been altered. The minimum acceptable bid is $2,000 payable in cash. Closing to occur by March 6, 2020. Buyer to pay transportation and other costs. Tooele City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for good cause.
