Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Springville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center City Council Chambers located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Summa Terra Ventures, LLC seeking Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit approval for The Gallery, a mixed-use project located in the area of 1158 W 700 S in the CC-Community Commercial Zone; and 2) Springville City seeking a recommendation for the Springville Culinary Water and Pressurized Irrigation Master Plans, which include the IFFP-Impact Fee Facilities Plan and IFA-Impact Fee Analysis.
