- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING February 24, 2020 Re: File Number S2020-005 Donald Moriarty and Lacey Boyce have submitted an application for a plat amendment for lots 308-312 in the Fort Herriman Cove subdivision. This subdivision is located at 14486 S Herriman View Cove. The applicant is requesting to adjust the location of a City trail located between lots 310 and 311. The property is currently zoned A-.25 (Agricultural - 10,000 square foot minimum). Salt Lake County records indicate that you own property within 300 feet of the subject property or are one of the public entities that may be affected by this proposal. A public hearing regarding this proposal will be held before the Herriman City Planning Commission on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Herriman City Council Chambers, located in Herriman City Hall at 5355 W Herriman Main Street, Herriman, Utah, 84096. The public is encouraged to attend. Included with this notice is an aerial map showing the location of the property requesting Planning Commission action and a copy of the proposed preliminary plat.
