NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS THE SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER, ACTING AS THE TOWN'S APPEAL AUTHORITY, WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY MARCH 3, 2020 AT 10:00 AM, AT SPRINGDALE TOWN HALL, 118 LION BLVD SPRINGDALE UT Springdale Appeal Authority Wednesday March 3, 2020 at 10:00 AM 1- Variance: Request to reduce the front setback on parcel S-KIN-B-15 in the FR zone - Ihnsouk Guim. 2- Variance: Request to reduce the side setback adjacent to a residential zone on parcel S-BIT-1-A in the VC zone - Ryan Lee. Written comment regarding these items may be sent to tdansie@springdaletown.com. Please submit written comments at least two (2) days prior to the hearing.
