- KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville Fire Station Building at 175 South Main St, Kaysville, UT. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the February 13, 2020 meeting. 2. Conditional use permit for a Major Home Occupation B for a Preschool located at 338 South 300 West for Annette Solt. 3. Continued discussion for the consideration of an ordinance amending section 17-31-2 Accessory Buildings, of Title 17, Planning and Zoning (Tabled item). 4. Planning Commission training by Kaysville City staff. 5. Discussion: Future ordinance considerations. 6. Call to the public. 7. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 8. Adjournment.
