- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday March 11, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a recommendation to adopt the new City Code Title 11, Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 5, Requirements for improvements reservation and design, section 9b, Utilities, Easements.
