NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020 as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay Zone Map from R-1-10 zone to R-1-8 for approximately .66 acres located at 2417 East Butternut Road, Holladay UT. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider an amendment to the Land Use and Development Regulations of the City of Holladay. The proposed amendment will clarify and strengthen enforcement action against short-term rental properties operating in conflict of regulations currently established by the City of Holladay. The proposals are available for public inspection on the Citys website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT 84117.
