Motion – Approval of Home Occupation Business License – Stark Transport Corporation 5. Motion – Approval of Business License – Packsaddle LLC, Utah Dance Academy, Mountain West Furniture Inc. 6. Motion – Set a Public Hearing for the Re-zone of the M&S Holding Property located at approximately 2100 North 2700 West, land serial numbers 19-039-0146 and 19-039-0128, from the A-1 Zone to the R-1-15 Zone 7. Motion – Preliminary and/or Final Approval of Happy Days LTD Minor Subdivision 8. Motion – Set a Public Hearing for the Planning Commission for March 10, 2011 for Site Plan/Conditional Use Approval of Seasons Estates Assisted Living Facility located at 1979 Heritage Drive – Anthony Marler 9. Motion – Approval of Ordinance #2011-02, Changes to Title 2 of the Farr West City Municipal Code 10. January Financial Report – John Cardon 11. Report from Council on Assignments 12.
