Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, March 12, 2020 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on placement of the Mixed-Use Overlay Zone on the existing base C-2 zone of property owned by Elk Horn Properties, LLC - at approximately 2425 N 4350 W, Plain City, UT 84404. Petitioners have proposed that the 5.3-acre property in the Town Center District be developed with residential units in conjunction with or adjacent to compatible commercial establishments. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing(s) or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address.
