WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA 3/11/2020 at 4:00 p.m. The Public Hearing is held in the City Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall. 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, UT 84119 Two meetings that relate to the Public Hearing will be held in room 220 of City Hall: A Study Session will be held a week prior to the Public Hearing on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. and a Planning Commission Pre-Meeting will be held the day of the Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. Fuller, Lovato, McEwen, Meaders, Porter, Winters, Wood, Woodruff GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION GPZ-2-2020 Petition by SCOTT HELM requesting a General Plan change from Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) to Low Density Residential (3 to 4 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-10 (Single unit dwelling residential, minimum lot size 8,000 sq. ft.). CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION C-3-2020 Petition by PEDRO ALBARRAN requesting conditional use approval for storage within an accessory building associated with a home occupation. The property is located at 3790 S 3600 W on 0.42 acres and is zoned R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential).
