The North Logan City Council hereby announces three public hearings to be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library (475 E 2500 N, North Logan, UT).
6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on a Concept Plan for the proposed Westates Residential Project [real property parcels #04-080-0007 & 04-062-0034 (approx. 9.8 acres)] at approximately 2200 N and 200 West in North Logan, Utah. These parcels are currently zoned City Center Adjacent (CCA) and are being proposed as a Residential Development with Apartments and Townhomes. A public hearing is required by code for all projects within a City Center zone. The City Council may consider this concept plan following the public hearing.
6:40pm Public Hearing to receive public input on the following: North Logan City ('City'), located in Cache County, Utah, serving development within the City's current boundaries, intends to adopt an impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to sewer treatment services. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. The Service Area for this analysis is the entire City boundaries. You are hereby invited to provide comment for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents. The City Council may consider approval of the IFFP and IFA and associated Wastewater Treatment Impact Fee following the public hearing, after which the impact fee will become effective 90 days from the date North Logan adopts the documents.
6:45pm Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 6-400 Impact Fees to amend the Water and Sewer Impact Fees. The City Council may consider approval of this ordinance following the public hearing, after which the impact fees will become effective 90 days from the date North Logan adopts the ordinance.
The proposed Concept Plan, IFFP, IFA and Impact Fees can be reviewed at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E) or at www.northlogancity.org.
