AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION MARCH 4, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on March 4, 2020 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Discussion on the Northampton House Historic Building Conservation Project, located at 190 West 300 North in the R-2-7,500 Residential Zone-Historic Building Overlay 3. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary plan for the AF 10 Combined Project located in the area of 780 West 620 South in the PR-3.0 Residential Zone 4. Review and action on a Development Agreement for the Lake City Row Development (Vest Annexation Property), located in the area of 620 South 860 East 5. Hearing, review and action on amendments to the General Plan by providing a recommendation on the 2020 Transportation and Trails Master Plan and Impact Fee Facility Plan 6. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 15.01.1840 of the American Fork City Municipal Code 7. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 15.01.1880 of the American Fork City Municipal Code 8. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 15.01.1410 of the American Fork City Municipal Code 9.
