NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST: To hear public comment in regards to Zoning Text and Zoning Map amendments to the Vineyard Zoning Ordinance, Special Purpose District Title 3 (Town Center Form-Based Code). For copies of specific amendments to this code please contact the Community Development Department. CONTACT: Elizabeth Hart, Senior Planner (801) 226-1929 or email at elizabeth@vineyardutah.org. TIME & PLACE OF HEARING The Vineyard Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on these items on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 and March 11, 2020 respectively. The public hearing will start at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Vineyard City Council Chambers, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting or may submit testimony in writing to be entered into the record. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Elizabeth Hart, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Public Notice was published in the February 23, 2020 edition of the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, posted at the Vineyard City Offices, on the Vineyard website, and posted on the Utah Public Notice website.
