Description/Agenda: Public Notice Notice is hereby given of consecutive Public Hearings scheduled by the Gunnison City Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The Public Hearings will be held at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. The purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive public comment on: 1. 7:00 pm. Proposed zone change at approximately 650 South Main Street, Lots: S-2670X and S-2670X1. The proposed zone change is from R&C-1 (Residential and Commercial) to CC-1 (Commercial Zoning), and 2. 7:15 pm. Proposed zone change at approximately 230 East 300 North, Lot: S2583X7. The proposed zone change is from R-2-10 (Single Family Residential) to R&C-1 (Residential and Commercial). The lot currently consists of these two zones, and this would enable the entire lot to be in the same zone. In compliance with ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact the City Offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
