- Santa Clara City Notice Pursuant to the requirements of the Utah Code Section 11-36a, this notice is hereby given that Santa Clara City intends to contract to prepare, and then prepare an amendment to the January 2015 Master Traffic & Transportation Plan/Impact Fee Facilities Plan with Impact Fee Analysis according to the requirements of the State of Utah. The impact fee service area for this analysis includes the entire city limits.
