Wednesday, February 19, 2020 Amended Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Council Chambers in the City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. 1. Approval of Minutes A. November 20, 2019 B. November 27, 2019 C. December 4, 2019 2. New Development Applications A. New Development Applications 3. Final Plat A. Maple Mountain Estates Phase 5. The proposal involves reapproving a Final Plat application consisting of 17 units on 6.39 acres and is located within the Maple Mountain Estates Development at approximately 2810 East 250 North. 4. Preliminary Plat A. The Ridge Amended. The proposal is to amend The Ridge Preliminary Plat, originally approved in 2014, located at approximately 2700 East Canyon Road. 5. Minor Plat Amendment A. Canyon Gate Amended Lot 103. The proposal involves subdividing a commercial subdivision lot off Spanish Fork Parkway and Highway 6. 6. Site Plan A. Holiday Oil. The proposal is to approve a c-store and gas station located at approximately 750 East 900 North. B. In-N-Out Burger. The proposal is to approve a store located at approximately 700 South and Spanish Fork Parkway. C. All Abilities Park. The proposal is to approve an 11-acre park located at approximately 1250 East Canyon Road. D. SF Jr. High Trans Corridor Phase 1. The proposal is for a redesign of the parking facilities for Spanish Fork Junior High located at 600 South 820 East. 7. General Plan Amendment & Zone Change A. The proposal involves amending the City's Land Use Map of the General Plan and Zoning Map for properties located at approximately 3400 East 1500 South. 8. Other Business 9. Adjourn
