Discuss sketch plan for Mountain Gate 4 proposal, incorporating parcel 04-005-0002 and 04-241-0004 containing 29.38 acres. Proposed plan includes 59 lots to be developed in four phases as a planned residential subdivision. PRE-APPLICATION DISCUSSION REGARDING DEVELOPMENT IN AN INDUSTRIAL ZONE Discussion with Jeff Call regarding parcel 04-206-0007 / lot 7 in Paragon Commercial Subdivision. Requesting information regarding storm drainage, buildable area, location of utilities and allowed approaches. DISCUSSION REGARDING DEVELOPMENT ON A LOT IN GREYSTONE Discussion with Kyle Palmer regarding ability to construct an initial home, then convert to a non-dwelling structure after larger home is built on the lot. DISCUSSION REGARDING DEVELOPMENT Discussion with Jack Nixon regarding possible development of parcels 04-001-0001, 04-001-0002, 04-001-0005, 04-003-0002, 08-123-0004, 08-123-0003
