- To be published on Monday, February 17, 2020, in Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on February 27, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by LaMont Smith for a Zoning Map Amendment, known as the BL Smith Rezone, located at approximately 999 East 13200 South. Application number TEXTMAP-934-2020.
