PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 27th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat -Located at approx. 900 W 1100 N (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Clay M. Liston for a 14-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Merrill Liston Estates Plat A on property located at approximately 900 West 1100 North in the R1-7 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit Located at 513 W 700 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Robby Gold for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an entertainment venue for a children's indoor playground, inflatable bounce area, and arcade on property located at 513 West 700 South, in the M-D (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone.
