Public Hearing: A PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF LEWISTON CITY, UTAH SALES TAX REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,500,000 TO FINANCE, IN PART, THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF DEVELOPONG INFRASTRUCTURE FOR AN INDUSTRIAL PARK, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS, AND RELATED MATTERS. Authorizing Resolution: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $1,500,000 SALES TAX REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, PURSUANT TO A MASTER RESOLUTION TO BE APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, CITY RECORDER AND COUNCIL MEMBER KING AS THE PRICING COMMITTEE, FOR DEVELOPING INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS: AND RELATED MATTERS. 3.
