- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Park City Nursery Greenhouse Setback Variance 4459 S.R. 224 (Parcel PP-108-111), Summit County, UT 84098 Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding two setback variances, located at 4459 S.R. 224, Summit County, UT 84098. The public hearing will be held: Thursday, February 27, 2020 Beginning at 6:30 p.m. Summit County Courthouse (Council Chambers) 60 North Main Street, Utah 84017 Due to the lack of buildable area, the applicant is requesting that the Board of Adjustment grant a variance to the Snyderville Basin Development Code Section 10-2-5(E.2) to decrease the required 100-foot S.R. 224 right-of-way setback down to 30 feet (a 70-foot variance). The applicant is also requesting that the Board of Adjustment grant a variance to the Snyderville Basin Development Code Section 10-2-5(E.6) to decrease the required 100-foot stream setback down to 71 feet 5 inches (a 28-foot 5-inch variance). The 70-foot S.R. 224 right-of-way setback variance and the 28-foot 5-inch stream setback variance would allow for the construction of a 70-foot by 40-foot greenhouse.
