Consideration of Tony Tranes request for approval of the Dance Academy Studio site plan, an expansion to the existing business located at 27 East Main Street. 3.8. Public hearing and recommendation of Adam Albrechts request for preliminary subdivision review of Hunting Farms, an 8-lot residential development located at 143 South 1100 West. 3.9. Public hearing and recommendation of Fieldstone Homes request for review of a street vacation on a portion of Vialetto Way between Revello Court and Oakridge Drive. 3.10. Public hearing and recommendation of Toll Brothers request for review of a grading permit for Hidden Canyon Plat C on 27.13 acres of property located off Fox Canyon Road. 3.11. Consideration of Boyd Browns request for approval of the Store It Site Plan, 4.04-acres located at approximately 1700 North 4400 West. 3.12. Consideration of Boyd Browns request for approval of the Silver Bear Swim School Site Plan, 0.91-acres located at approximately 1700 North 4400 West. 3.13. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi Citys request for review of the following Lehi City Development Code amendments: Chapter 17, Planned Unit Developments - clarifying open space, compatibility and garages Table 05-030-A, 05-030-B, and 05-030-C adding Cannabis related businesses and Bakery, Retail as uses on the tables.
