Ludlow Dentistry Conceptual/Preliminary Site Plan 2006 thru 2020 East 3900 South (PO) Applicant Adam Watts, representing the property owner, to present site plan improvements for a new professional office building as per Holladay Ordnance 13.08.080File #20-9-03 ACTION ITEMS 2. Consideration of Ordinance 13.66, Holladay Crossroads Zone (HCR) Recommendation of proposed land use zone designation 13.66 Holladay Crossroads. New zone designation is designed to implement the land uses and redevelopment goals envisioned by the Holladay Crossroad Small Area Master Plan. 3. Approval of Minutes - 03/19/2019, 4/30/2019, 6/4/2019 and 12/3/2019 ADJOURN CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephanie N.
