Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the Council Room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Aycock Accounting - Presentation of 2019 Audit. 5. Civco Engineering - Master Plan Funding Update 6. Final Action on Emergency Operations Plan Proposal. 7. Greg Buxton - Discussion and Action on Tribal Housing Proposal for BIA Officer. 8. Backcountry Energy Partners, LLC - Discussion and Action on Proposal to Purchase Mineral Interests. 9. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department 10. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed). 11. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205 (1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s). 12. Approval and Signing of Checks. 13. Adjournment.
