- The Office of the Utah Lieutenant Governor and the feasibility consultant, Zions Public Finance, Inc., will hold a public hearing on March 23, 2020 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm to discuss a feasibility study regarding the proposed incorporation of Erda. The hearing will be held ONLINE due to public health restrictions on public gatherings. The link to join the public meeting will be posted on municert.utah.gov. To read the summary and full text of the feasibility study, please visit: https://municert.utah.gov/Media/Default/Erda%20Incorporation/Erda%20Incorporation%20Feasibility%20Study%20020420.pdf ---------------------------------------- 6:00 pm - 6:10 pm: Office of the Utah Lieutenant Governor will provide an overview of the municipal incorporation process. 6:10 pm - 6:40 pm: The feasibility consultant, Zions Public Finance Inc., will discuss the findings of the feasibility study. 6:40 pm - 8:00 pm: Members of the public may ask questions to the Office of the Utah Lieutenant Governor and/or the feasibility consultant. To provide an opportunity for all attendees to speak, the Office of the Utah Lieutenant Governor may limit speakers' time.
