Description/Agenda: The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a revised Large-Scale Master Plan request for a residential project at 752 West Bingham Junction Boulevard, increasing the unit count from 169 to 360 units. This request has been made by Mark Garza on behalf of Holmes Homes.
